Womenfortech boosts female innovation at Transfiere

The Womenfortech initiative of the Finnova Foundation, focused on supporting innovation, disruptive projects and public-private partnerships from a gender perspective, had an outstanding participation in Transfiere, the largest European event on R+D+i and knowledge transfer, which is being held in Malaga.

Finnova Foundation, committed to the promotion of female talent in the technological and scientific field, highlights the importance of creating strategic synergies in events like this to promote innovation led by women. In this context, we are particularly pleased to establish a connection with Innovatia 8.3 , a project that since 2011 supports women science-based entrepreneurs in academic environments, promoting female entrepreneurship and the participation of universities and research centers in Spain, with the aim of promoting diversity and equality in the sector.

“Connecting with projects like Innovatia 8.3 is key to building a more inclusive and sustainable ecosystem in which women play a leading role in the development of innovative solutions,” said Juanma Revuelta, CEO of the Finnova Foundation.
