Project activities

This activity is a peer-to-peer learning experience involving women entrepreneurs, students, public organisations, companies and other stakeholders. 100 Women plus will become a meeting and training point for women’s entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and leadership skills.

We will develop:

Educational resources and materials that will be available and accessible to all interested people (leadership, digital tools, new business niches, strategic management).

Online training programme with streaming sessions and workshops on different topics (female entrepreneurship, funding opportunities, opportunities for young entrepreneurs, green entrepreneurship).

To improve visibility and raise awareness of inspiring stories, a collection of initiatives led by women will be created. The aim of this activity is to collect a series of initiatives from different sectors, backgrounds, and reflecting the wide variety and diversity in entrepreneurship.

The activity has been designed to broaden knowledge about real experiences that facilitate the visibility of the initiatives and, above all, serve as an example and inspiration to other women.

Through this activity, several discussions on equality and women’s participation will be organized. Five online sessions will be held with key stakeholders to encourage open discussion among the parties. The debate and discussion between partners and stakeholders will contribute to the promotion of the union’s values, to civic engagement and participation, as well as to strengthen the ecosystem of women entrepreneurs in the participating countries. The results will be captured in a final report that will include policy recommendations.

A final conference will be held in Brussels at the end of the project where women entrepreneurs, stakeholders and participating organisations will share their experiences and project outcomes.
